We offer free standard shipping worldwide, except for remote areas where EMS or DHL surcharges may apply.

🕒 Production Time (Excluding Weekends & Holidays)

  • Basic Latex Suits (fixed size): 30-45 days

  • Basic Latex Suits (custom-made): 60-75 days

  • Designer Latex Suits： 60-90 days

  • Latex Hoods/Masks: 15-30 days

  • Individual designer pieces: 3–4 months

  • Repairs: within 1 month​

⚠️ Please note: Shipping time is separate from production time.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via DHL or EMS.

  • Standard Shipping: Free (remote areas pay a surcharge)

  • Expedited Shipping: Available on request

  • Delivery usually takes 15–30 days, depending on destination and method. Delays from customs or weather may occur.

🔍 Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships to track delivery progress.
